Refund Policy

We'd rather you trust the product than feel trapped by it. Here's how refunds work — simply and fairly.
Monthly subscription (£7.99/month)
Every monthly subscription starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel during the trial and you pay nothing at all.
After the trial, you can cancel anytime from your account page; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. If you were charged unexpectedly (for example, you meant to cancel during the trial but missed it by a day or two), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Lifetime purchase (£29)
If lifetime Premium isn't what you hoped, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no interrogation, a sentence about why is appreciated but optional.
After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except where consumer law says otherwise.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account with the word 'refund' — we process requests within a few working days, back to your original payment method via Stripe.
What refunds aren't for
We can't refund because you didn't pass the official test — preparation improves your odds, but no honest product can guarantee an exam result.
